How to completely delete your cities from EA servers?

With Services 2.0 hitting 2/3 of my cities and pretty much being a largely demoralizing experience between the lack of empathy from EA and the frustrations of upending years of playing, I'm really teetering on the edge of stopping play.
However, if I stop playing, I want to completely delete my cities from EA's servers. I don't want my city visible or useable in any fashion. I don't want my data to be saved on EA's servers.
Is there a way to completely delete a city? I don't mean just deleting the app from my devices, I mean I want my cities to cease to exist. If there isn't, then I'll just completely demolish everything and rename my cities and update my profile descriptions to be insulting.
To permanently delete your city from EA Servers you can press the “Delete City” button and then confirm again that you wish to do so. This process cannot be reversed so if you change your mind you would be starting over with a brand new city.
