How to upgrade Buildings?
I have this bug that makes imposible to upgrade the building, what is the solution? I have tried everything, but nothing works

I see no bug here. This isn't just a building upgrade, its an epic project and you need a certain amount of epic points to be able to upgrade to an epic building, according to your screenshot you have only 3 points.
Yes I know but i can’t restart the epic project, the timer is gone and i can’t do it again so is buged
