I don't have epic buildings projects

Hi, I am 59 level.

I have department of epic projects.

And I also have a lot of different specialization buildings in the main city, but i don't have epic buildings projects (there are no starting icon with gold helmet)

All requirements from the article https://help.ea.com/ru/help/simcity/simcity-buildit/simcity-buildit-epic-projects/# comleted in my game.

I contacted your support simcity-buildit.zendesk.com (tickets 772951, 772460), but they could not help me.

Please, help me to start epic building project.

It looks like a bug in the game.

    I believe you already tried everything. I once asked the same question but then I found out it's because ONLY regular RESIDENTIAL buildings can do Epic. Specialized buildings can't. So you need to have Fully Upgraded Residential building near Beach, Transportation, Mountain, Landmark, or Education. Good luck.

    Hi,

    As you can see at my screenshot in original post, I have only Fully Upgraded Residential buildings near all types of special buildings (beach, transport, mountain...)
