patio amore issue?

You can first get this building when you have compleded the 4 objects in the 4 blue coullered fields. I assume they have used the wrong description and  should be  COLLECT

I had this same issue - the building was already showing as "collected" the instant the Album opened. But I don't have the Album building in my inventory.
