Please help, unable to log into the game.

Hi everyone,
I've been playing SimCity for a long time, but for the last month I took a break and uninstalled It, saving all my progress in my EA account (my account is made on Outlook mail). Now, today I reinstalled the game and I found out the there's no Sign In with EA option, All my progress was saved in my EA account, and now if I can't login through it, is all my progress lost? I tried to post EA forums, and contact EA help but i got no solution. please guys can anyone help me with this? it would mean a lot.
