Problem
Unable to attach track to railway bridge simcity frosty fjords. Unable to delete road. Game freezes.
Make sure you do the road then the rail line as I have done. Also unload the game then reinstall it

this is actually a known bug, the devs dont know how to fix it. this issue has been around forever.
