PvZ Showcase Bug

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right place to raise an issue but your contact us page doesn't allow ticket creation because of the question about what platform I am using. It's frustrating.

I bought twice from this showcase to complete the Black Friday buildings, but both didn't show up. The second purchase I made, the payment went through but then suddenly the application crashed. But when I logged in those buildings are nowhere to be found and collection page doesn't show them either.

Appreciate if somebody can look into this asap. Thank you.

    I have exact same issue! 

    I Bought items from the pvz store but none of them are in my inventory, yet the payment was completed.

  • I had the same issue with Golden Tickets - and reported it. It’s taking EA  longer to respond, so you might want to report the issue to your billing company. Check your emails for the payment receipt and submit a ‘issue’ request for the items you never received.

    May I ask how were you able to contact EA? The ticket creation here makes me angry. You have to fill in the question what platform are you using but there are no options to choose from so you can create a ticket.

    I had to contact paypal but my dispute is being contested by google.
