I had the same issue with Golden Tickets - and reported it. It’s taking EA longer to respond, so you might want to report the issue to your billing company. Check your emails for the payment receipt and submit a ‘issue’ request for the items you never received.
May I ask how were you able to contact EA? The ticket creation here makes me angry. You have to fill in the question what platform are you using but there are no options to choose from so you can create a ticket.
I had to contact paypal but my dispute is being contested by google.
