[Service 2.0] Heavy Lag, HQ Stuttering and "Dancing Objects" - Tab S9 FE

I want to emphasize that while Service 2.0 has been integrated, the core gameplay has sufered tremendously for the player community. New features are worthless if basic mechanics like scrolling through the HQ or placing buildings become a laggy mess. A "successful" update should never break the fundamental user experience, regardless of the device being used. The game needs to be playable and stable for everyone again.
