Simcity buildit keeps crashing when entering to the game

Problem: My Simcity Buildit app crashes every time when I loading into the game after 10 seconds. After the update of version with Kyoto, everything is all right, unlit I bought the game coins of Kyoto, then I can't login the game in iPhone anymore, it keeping crashes when entered to the city after 10 seconds. I have tried to reinstall the app of Simcity, restart the iphone, and released the available space to 100GB in my iphone 13 pro max, but it still not work, can someone tell me how to solve it? Many Thanks!

Herewith my devices data:-

Phone: iPhone 13 Pro Max with IOS 18.6

Space: At lease 100GB

Remark: I am now playing the game in other smart phone, everything is fine when running the my accounting in other smart phones which are Galaxy Z Fold 5 and iPhone 13 Pro (IOS18.6), it seems the problem is related to the kyoto game coins purchased in my original iphone 13 pro max.

    Thanks for sharing what you've tried so far. You've already ruled out some causes with those steps. There are a couple of other troubleshooting steps available for iOS devices. Please give them a go just in case. I'll share the guide below:

     

    If those steps don't help, you may have a bug on your hands. Could you open a case with our support team and share your Player ID? The support team may not be able to fix it for you, but an in-game help ticket sends through information that is best not shared on a public forum, which will help the team dig into this more deeply. See if you can title the help ticket 'EA Forums—iPhone 13 Pro Max crashes', and I'll ask the team who investigates these things to keep an eye out for it.
