Still can’t move or build anything on iOS

I posted about 3 days or so back, that everytime I opened the menu, the city UI freezes & goes black, while the building UI shows but is frozen & I’m forced to restart the game. Only for it to happen again IMMEDIATELY.
The “solution” posted the other day did NOT fix it for iOS. I’ve updated the iOS (26) bug fix. But STILL am unable to do anything at all.
much less finish the event track for this week. Which I am annoyed about because I really like the building at the end.

    Looks like your on an iPad, try this go to your settings find general scroll down to iPad storage and offload app then reinstall. It happened with my iPad and I have done this about 3 times now and seems to work for a while.

    No, I am not on an iPad. But I have done that multiple times (the deleting & reinstalling). & it still doesn’t work :(

    This is happening to me too.  Bug appeared after City Report update.  I have updated to iOS 26 as well as deleting and reinstalling the game.  This hasn’t fixed it. I’m unable to install the new hotspots or buildings so how am I supposed to complete City Album tasks?  Where is EA Support?
