SuperSim E5 and terrible game support
In the May 2005, due to a game bug, during one of the 4 weeks I only had 9 cards for the SuperSim E5 train instead of 10. The problem was widespread, players from fan communities advised me to write to support because they were credited with the missing card. I have been writing to support for 2 months now, creating a new request every week. Support does not want to solve my issue, writes unsubscribes. I feel like I'm talking to a GPT chat.
I sent screenshots, described the problem, no one wants to solve anything. In the last requests on the screenshot it is shown that I have 39 cards, support writes 29. I gave the game 1 point in playmarket, wrote about support.More than 40 people supported the review - this means that there is a problem I don't understand the double standards. Why did some players get cards, and I don't get . The support don't want to do anything to solve my problem!
I would like to write a complaint about the support service - this is the first time in games I encounter such a terrible, talentless and disgusting support. All desire to play disappears
I really want the missing card and compensation(50000 railroad sim, 1000 simcash) to be issued.
