Technical issue with unresponsive Close button in video ads

I am reporting a recurring issue with a specific in-game video advertisement (Strategy Game ad).

After the video finishes and the 'Reward Granted' message appears, the 'X' button to close the ad is completely unresponsive. I am forced to use the Android 'Back' button, which results in no reward being issued. This happens repeatedly with the same ad.

Since the recent system update on my Samsung Tab S9 FE (SM-X510), the game has been experiencing significant performance drops. This unresponsive ad UI makes it even more difficult to participate in COM or the Design Challenge.

Has anyone else noticed unresponsive UI elements in advertisements recently? It is very disruptive to the gameplay flow. Thank you for your assistance.

    Thanks for the tip! I actually tried turning the screen, but unfortunately, the ad remains locked in its orientation and doesn't rotate.

    Because of this, I'm forced to use the 'Back' button, which puts me in a loop where the same broken ad keeps reappearing. My only workaround so far has been deleting and resetting my Advertising ID. This gives me a different, working ad, but it's a huge hassle—especially with the severe lagging and stuttering I've been experiencing in the game lately.

    It's interesting to hear that even on a Pixel 10 you face similar issues with the 'X' button. Hopefully, this gets optimized soon!

    Have you tried turning your screen? I have a Google Pixel 10 and sometimes the 'X' button doesn't work at the top of my screen so I have to turn it.
