Train bridge or unable to connect rail lines

I'm having the same issue too with Green Valley. The connection from the mainland to the island is okay, but the connection to the other side of the river from the island is bugged. At first I thought I may have just made a mistake so I tried redoing it but then it wouldn't work properly now. 

Try moving roads crossing rails near the edges of rivers or islands, don't move the rails just reconnect the.
