The train tracks I build will not connect to the other tracks, the mountain tracks. It did once and all my trains left my city never returning and I don’t see the mountain train visiting my city anymore.I have installed all updates. Please let me know if this can or will be fixed.
For better understabding can you send a screenshot of your problem?
They won't fix it, tech support will tell you to uninstall, reinstall the game and several other useless things that you've likely already tried - it won't work, then they will use a lot of words to say nothing but "we are aware of the problem and it's been reported" - this means nothing and they won't care.
Mine haven't worked in green valley region since Sep 2025. They will close your ticket and that will be that.
They don't care, don't expect them to fix it because they can't or won't, either way that's about it. Frustrating thing is that mine were working fine with no problem for months, nothing was moved or changed literally one day I opened the game and they just stopped working.
