How do I get more train cars?

Your trains will always come with economy passenger cars and they are included when you level up your train. New cars can be unlocked by progressing through Mass Transit ranks. Once you unlock a new train car type you can buy more of them from the Railway Shop.

How do I progress through Mass Transit Ranks?

Cone represents points that are rewarded after claiming delivery rewards and count towards the progress of Mass Transit Rank

• By progressing through Mass Transit Ranks Player unlocks new types of cars that allow them to dispatch more variety of items and earn more rewards
• Players can progress through Mass Transit ranks by completing train deliveries only (not through regular dispatches). Cones represent points that are rewarded after claiming delivery rewards and count towards the progress of Mass Transit Rank
• Your Mass Transit Rank is visible in the Mass Transit HQ and also players can check the next level rewards and points required to the next level.

Why do my trains carry different amounts of passengers and cargo? 

Each train has 1 to 5 car slots depending on its level and type.

Train cars capacity increases based on the train level. With higher level trains players can transport more passengers and items.

Trains have different starting cargo capacity, based on the type.

What if I don’t like the delivery I was assigned?

Players can reroll delivery by watching an ad and/or by using simcash.

What if I did not complete delivery on time?

Delivery timers in general have enough time to complete delivery. Time is based on the type of required items and their production/crafting time. If the time runs out, players can extend the timer twice a day by watching an ad.

What are the new Cargo Slots at the Station? 

When you select a train at the station:

• You’ll see cargo slots (separate from passengers)
• These show what items can be loaded to the train based on the configured car type.
• If your train has no cargo cars or nothing is needed cargo slots may appear empty

Loading Cargo or Passengers – How It Works

When you drag items or passengers onto your train, the game is trying to help you

• It loads only what is useful for your current delivery
• It fills relevant cargo or passenger cars first
• The reason for that is to prevent precious items or passenger loss if the player strategizes his next deliveries. You can still load more by dragging items or passengers again. This will result in completely filling up the car capacity.
• Even if another car could carry the item, if it’s not useful for the current delivery, it won’t be used by default.

For example: 

• Delivery needs 25 items
• You drag 50 items
  👉 Only 25 will be loaded

Missing Items? No Problem!

• You can drag items even if you have zero in storage.
• The game tells you you’re missing them
• You may get an option to buy just enough to fill the cargo (but not more than delivery requires)
• If you already have at least 1 item, no purchase offer appears. After you fill cargo with that item, you can then purchase missing items with simcash.

Smart buying rules:

• If item is needed for delivery:
  • You can buy only what helps + fits
• If not needed:
  • You can buy only what fits in the train
