Have got the same problem, I require a refrigerated car, but is not available until rank 25 I am only rank 8. Why are we getting tasks that can't be achieved.

Same, I was at rank 4 and got a delivery that requires the car from rank 15...

Everyone is having similar issues, I'm also asked to load items from a region I haven't unlocked and therefore can't deliver. My advice is to refresh the delivery.
