What have u done!!!
Services 2.0 has ruined my city. All my services are red and my citizens are protesting. How do I get all my services back without spending millions on upgrading them!

Have you used the gifted buildings in your inventory to get you started?
Do you mean buildings that offer cash for inventory? If so yeah I’ve been doing that but will take me weeks to get enough money together. Each upgrade to services is about 5k at least. I had 3million cash and it soon went when I started to upgrade them . Then it ran out. Services in all regions are red :(
