Buildings have changed into white boxes

EA_claus I really hope you arent suggesting that we have to purchase a new device to play this a game that has become almost unplayable! This is the fault of the developers who keep putting in the stupid seasonal items and everything else they try to fob on to us. Get ya act together tell the developers to get their fingers working use their brains and fix the problem. 

The 9th generation iPad has 3GB RAM.  The most expensive iPad Pro have 16GB RAM.  64 is impossible you would be living in the future to have that.

EA’s answer is bs. This happened after they added the second land expansion to the capital city. They need to do Soto fix it. I was thinking about spending some money again but not with white buildings. 

This answer doesn’t make sense. I too am having mostly white buildings appear. They appear not just in the capital city but in all cities, even those that have not changed much . If I visit other cities to purchase items, those cities also appear as white boxes. Deleting a few buildings can’t happen in those cities! I use a 9th generation iPad with 64Gb Ram. 

NO, the best way is developers to REMOVE all unnecessary crap they added recently increasing RAM consumption and introducing more bugs such as service 2.0, railway deliveries, day/night control, aerial view, ads everywhere and so on.

Removing buildings from our cities??! this is ridicolous, it was running fine until now, we are not going destroy our cities nor buy a new device to follow developers madness, make the game lighter, return to basic focusing and BUILDING our cities. This is the **bleep** name of the game: BUILD IT. It's not railway, it's not ads, it's not ram, it's build it.

Doing the iOS update fixed the white box issue for me.  

That is just plain Bull **bleep**. I’m running on an iPad Air M3 and this game hasn’t run right for almost a year. Just another excuse from EA. Blame the user not the developer.

Thx for your reply but then what you indicated should be accompanied by a disclaimer.  Otherwise, it’s false advertising.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and the white boxes still reappeared.  This is another major faux pas on EA’s side, almost as bad as the one a few months ago that took me 9 million simoleons and a lot of time to fix.  Won’t go into the purple pixels issue.

Instead of putting the burden on your players who spend money, to finance this game, why doesn’t EA plan updates that are compatible for the players? I completely reject your logic.  If you are going to continue updating without concern for your players, then please post in the App stores the necessary requirements for playing the game.  I’ve been playing for 10 years, level 99 and this latest update causing white blocks is absurd.  Show respect for your clientele.

UPDATE:  As of today, 9/10, my structures have reappeared on both of my devices.  Suspect that EA realized they  erred again and fixed it, like the pink pixels that suddenly disappeared.  Of course, they won’t admit fault or take responsibility.
