SimCity 2013 Complete Edition Problems

Hello, today i bought (got it for my birthday via key) SimCity 2013 Complete Edition. The first problem is that in library it shows as SimCity without the Complete Edition. I dont know if thats normal.

Next problem is that when i click on the game page, it says Standard Edition owned.

It should say that i own Complete Edition. Another issue is that it shows me that i can buy Cities of Tomorrow, but if i click on manage addons it shows me that i own it.

Also, if i click on purchase different edition it says that i own standard edition, and that i can buy Complete Edition.

Can anyone help me please?

    @drPatrikKing No, its not normal, and I have the same problem as you, I also recently bought an activation key for this game for my parent as a gift.
    There seems to be no way to fix this, only the support service may be able to fix this problem, but they also don’t do anything concrete or don’t want to do anything.

    If you bought an activation key for this game from a third-party retailer, like me, then most likely they will not help you, the support team cannot offer anything specific, and it seems that they will not be able to.
    I have been communicating with the support service for three days now, and I am very unhappy with the way they are solving my problem.

    I noticed the same on my account. When I check what DLC I have, it 's all there and when I load the game, it's all there. So I've left it alone.

    Hello,@barmatushechka

    I still didn't found a solution. I'll try to contact the resellers and EA, but i think that they won't fix it. Also i was able to access old Origin from ingame menu, and in the library it shows that i own SimCity Complete Edition. Guess that its a problem with EA App...

    @barmatushechkaI tried contact reseller, but as always that didn't helped me. They told me that it is EA's problem, because their key is for Complete Edition which is true. I tried redeeming it once again which obviously doesn't work, but it shows the game. And it was for Complete Edition. Thank you for the topic link 🙂 I sent all the info to them.
