Allowing stickers to be placed, resized, and rotated anywhere on the board

The skateboard stickers should be placeable anywhere on the board. It should also have a higher amount of placeable stickers, like up to 8 instead of a max of 3. Just an idea, but a great improvement that could be added in the future. This will allow for more customization on the board. Making the stickers all under one "sticker option" would also keep the UI from getting too cluttered.
