Any plans on Linux support?

I got the "Wine/Proton and Steam Deck are not supported by this application" messge that i had recieved previously when trying to run Battlefield 1 and was kind of surprised that the anti cheat support wasn't enabled for Linux.

I know the player base is going to be lower, but I'm very surprised you aren't catering to the popularity of the Steam Deck and it's users. I'm using a Desktop PC but I've seen what that device has done for the Linux community.

I ended up having to install Windows 11 on another SSD and set it up as an External Drive just to try the game out and so it wouldn't interfere with my system in anyway. I don't mind doing this really it's not a huge deal but it'd be awesome to not have to!

And "cheats" aren't a real reason to not support the use of Wine/Proton as it's not different than actually running windows. If anything it's less capable overall than Windows natively.

Hoping to hear from someone!

Thanks for reading.
