Board art QOL improvement

Stickers impede the ability to view a Decks board art.

The board stickers should not be rendered when viewing board art as the only current solution to view the full art is to manually remove all your stickers. 

Side note/request - Trucks and Wheels should have independent Front/Rear and Left/Right options so we can mix and match our wheels and trucks to better match a Decks board art. As a result this would greatly increase customisation allowing players to create more unique Boards without out adding a single new asset to game. Win-win for asset creators and players
