Broken Mission

Im on the Dinosaur Tricks mission where you have to manual through 6 zones. I did all 6 and the zones disappeared, but its stuck saying 5/6. I've tried manualing in the areas where the zone was and nothing, ive been stuck at this mission all day and had to take a break earlier.
