Bug: Unable to Claim TV Reward After Completing Lot Domain Missions

Hello EA Support,

I’m currently experiencing a bug in Skate. I have already completed all the missions in the Lot Domain, but I’m unable to claim the TV reward that should unlock after finishing them.

Because of this bug, the item is still locked for me even though all the required missions are completed.

I play the game every day and really enjoy it. I’ve also spent money in the game, so it’s a bit frustrating that a bug might prevent me from getting a collectible item that I already worked to unlock.

Could you please check this issue or help me recover the reward?
