Change Challenge Refresh to 8/12 hours

I feel like they need to change the challenge refresh from 24 hours to 8 or 12 hours instead if not change the amount if ripscore you earn from replaying previous challenges. If not add it to where you can earn Ripscore/Rep when challenging other players in game and winning or placing top 3
