Okay, so... the game as it stands mechanically is good. I think you really messed up the pipe transitions and pumping mechanics vs S3. But overall, very smooth gameplay(*when the server isn't overloaded). Speaking of servers...inherently, when you move a game over to total online play/F2P, you rely on your servers to do the brunt of the work. I feel you may have overlooked that a little before launch.
Now, to the meat and potatoes to why I'm here.... where's the heart of the game? Where's the thrasher mag&vid spots? where's the feeling of progressing your actual skate career? Where's the **bleep** Hall of Meat?! I get you're going for the money grab, broader audience route with this game, no doubt. But you're demonizing the players that actually got the game off the ground again in the first place. The hardcore skate community. Irl and in game... you know?
I suggest as seasons come out, you open more of the original style challenges. Work in the feeling the old games gave us. Especially us older skaters that can't ride as much. The skate culture matters as much as the gameplay with this one. You lit the torch.... make sure this game burns bright. Listen to the community for real, EA. You don't got the best track record. J/s
If you listen to the ones that really pushed for this game, you won't be led astray.
