default stance for challenges

as of right now the default stance for starting any challenge or spot battles ect is always with the board under your foot which doesn't feels natural because it's the slowest way to start specially during challenges where the game often places you too close to the obstacle giving you very little time for a proper setup and speed so a lot of players will get off the board move back 10 feet and start a session marker with board in hand so they can properly give them selfs a running start.  

I do a lot of spot battles and 9 out of 10 when it's someone's turn they'll pick up the board for that running start. (if they know what their doing)

IRL the majority of the time when someone is going to hit an obstacle they will give a little running start and then put the board down rather than already being on the board and start pushing..

So I highly suggest changing the default stance, or let us change default stance in the settings and please give us more run up for challenges.
