Did anybody end up finding a solution to the FPS lock?

I can't seem to unlock my FPS without causing the animations to go slow-mo. I've been told that it may be a network issue, so I'll try Ethernet next. I'll put my PC specs below.

Geforce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU

Intel i5-13420H

8GB RAM
