Does anybody else have this problem?

I keep trying to load up the game, I adjusted the settings once to change my VOF (Field of Vision) because the angles, I didn't like them. So, when I launched the game up in the main menu, I changed my settings a little bit, and I started the game up, it reaches the black loading screen with the skateboard doing tricks at the bottom right corner, and it freezes, and my game crashes, MULTIPLE TIMES. I tried validating the game files, that didn't work. Backing up the game files, uninstalling the game and reinstalling it? Still doesn't work. Now, I'm stuck with a frozen skateboard doing heelflips, freezing, then crashing my game. 😐
