False Bans? Game Performance (PC)?

I have recently updated the game. After logging in and playing for a few minutes, plus before crashing, I have been locked out of my game by EA. They stated the reason was for malicious activity. Like What? The sad part is, I purchased the skate pass and now I'm down $30. I already submitted a ticket but haven't received any notice. Is it GGs? Moreover, I'm not sure if it was the update that caused the ban or the numerous Russian hackers that always try to access my account.

Also, the performance on PC is so bad. I can't skate around the city without being kicked out of my game. This happens every time.
