Glitchs and I cannot continue quests

I completed the the first part  of  "tour 2: bag of tricks" and on "complete the AR Program" "hold grab for 2 seconds" and the next one glitches out and makes me teleport to my marker and freezes the game and shows me that I "completed" the quest although I didnt do it. 

I literally cannot progress because of this stupid bug, PLEASE FIX ASAP
