Issues I have with the game

Question

I get the "waiting for players" popup even though I start a challenge solo and have to wait about 45 seconds for it to disappear before I can play. This didn't happen when I played yesterday.
During challenges when you have to stay on the board, when I fall and immediately return to my session marker the "get back on the board" notification stays up even though I am back on my board and already skating. Also notifications like that cover the center of the screen so I can't see where I'm skating.
During challenges you can't adjust your settings. You have to cancel the challenge, then adjust your settings and then return to the challenge.
On the attached image: that white pop-up should be placed on the side of the screen in my opinion because you can barely see the object you're trying to position.

Also when my friend told me the art style makes characters look like you're in fortnite I thought he was exaggerating. He was not lol
That and the voice lines being "hello fellow kids" type of cringe but I doubt these 2 points will ever change. But I would appreciate if the previous points would be addressed in the game xoxoxo

For the first issue, I've found that letting VEE talk for about 3 seconds will bypass that "waiting for players".

The second issue is very annoying, given that you could possibly do a whole run of the challenge by the time the pop-up message disappears.

Third issue is crazy to me that it's even there. Why would you be unable to access the settings from anywhere in the game?

Last issue, I don't think that white text box has appeared in that position for me, so maybe it isn't a game issue?

Although the art style is very cartoonish, based on the trailer I have seen for a discord quest had shown that you can brake your wrist, destruction of cars was also in there by dropping a ramp on top of it, so hopefully we still get those brutal slams with bones breaking.

What do you mean by "letting VEE talk"? I can't do anything while I'm waiting for that.

That white text box only appeared when I was doing a quest teaching me how to place down ramps and such.

Yeah I miss Hall of Meat from Skate 2 and 3. The current challenges where you just jump from a height and have to hit certain obstacles are pretty lame so far.

When you load into a mission, VEE starts talking about it and you're given the option to skip. If you skip VEE talking too fast, you'll get the "waiting for players" message. I've found that if I don't skip immediately, I don't get the message.
