Javelin anti cheat ?

My bro used to play the game, he has 15 hours on it, and since like at least 1month and a half he can't launch it anymore, did try to unistall the game etc and nothing happen.

nothing worked, any idea ? he doesn't care about playing alone but its cool to play together.
