Last update changed movement settings

The last update (season 1) changed the way some settings work.

I play with these options activated: 

1. Forward to Push 
2. Forward to Max Push 
3. Maintains Max Speed 
4. Stop Pushing at Max Speed

Here's the problem: previously, with these seetings on, when I pushed the left stick (L3) forward and reached max speed, the character would stop pushing, but I could still press X or SQUARE (A or X for xbox) and the character would still push, even at max speed.

Now, after the update, the "Stop Pushing at Max Speed" setting affects the buttons as well (X and Square / X and A). This way, I cant do tricks like no-comply at max speed, because the buttons dont work.
