Major mission glitch

I started playing the second season today and I noticed that when I finish a seasonal mission it glitches at the end and I get stuck in the Vee feedback cutscene. It gets really annoying since I want to progress. Whenever it happens, which is basically all the time for me I need to turn the game off because it gets glitched in the cutscene, so I can't do anything, and then launch it again and it goes back to normal.
Developers, please fix this. It gets really annoying having to relaunch the game over and over again just so I can progress in the seasonal pass.
