Make it possible to return to tutorial area

The mega ramp in the tutorial area is a great skate spot, and is something the main island is desperately missing. I wish there were more high flying, big jumps in the main island, as it feels that style of playing skate is currently missing from the game completely.

There are great high-flying spots in skate 3 to skate like the super ultra mega park, the ramp in the quarry, danny's hawaiian dream, maloof money cup, shark jump, the ditch, and more. There are many areas like this in skate 3, but only 2-3 in the new skate. game.

Would love to be able to revisit the mega ramp in the tutorial island!
