Not receiving rip score
Every time I try to buy a box with my credits I’m not getting any rip score for it and the number of boxes stays the same. Also my credits get used and I don’t get anything besides what was in the box.

That's normal. There are a bunch of "Titles" included in the boxes that give you no rip score and don't count towards the number of boxes opened.
Don't worry though, you'll eventually get to a point where Rip Chips are worthless and the only way to rank up your score is by spending real money.
