Paid for season 2 twice.

I bought the insider package when I first got the game. Got season 1 for free right away and was thrilled. Then season 2 dropped and nothing had been a day or 2 do I used 1000 if insane currency to get season 2. But a day or 2 later I get an update that I get it for free. So when I brought this up to EA chat online they said there is nothing they can do. I just have to deal with technically buying it twice. And too air my grievances on here.
