Resolution to San Van Buck, Removal Glitch

My problem has been resolved, where I lost 500 SVB due to a glitch. Which occurs when redeeming things in the Skate. Pass and SVB is used also to buy something from the shop (in my case the ‘Red Thrasher Hoodie’…

Resolution: I was in the ‘Report a Bug’ Forum and decided to message (couple days ago) a EA Dev directly in one of the posts there. Later today, whilsts doing my Skate. daily task realised I had +500SVB added to my account and the Dev I messaged replied saying he sent my issue to the correct person.
