Skate is a great game, in spite of what haters say.

It is basically the STEEP of skateboarding. A balance of realism and fun. Okay, they could add a No HUD Mode and grunge up the map and characters a bit. But for Early Access it is really well-polished and the game play is very solid. You should have seen how bad DayZ was in Early Access for comparison. So yeah, the haters are mostly just Skate 3 fanboys holding an irrational grudge against a company they already despise for irrational reasons. The sane among us know that Skate is the greatest skateboarding game of all time. All time.
