Skate. optimization and graphics settings

I wanted to ask if it is possible to optimize the game much more and add some graphic settings such as render distance and the new dlaa. Im having issues like audio stuttering a lot and the game going slower when im near players and on some map zones like the center, i think by having some things like no shadows and less render can solve it. thanks
