Still not continueable

Hello

, I have already reported that I cannot continue with the game. I only have 2 missions available and cannot even begin to play the game. Therefore, I am coming with a request as to whether you could reset my account because otherwise the game has become unplayable for me and is dead. I cannot continue or play other missions because only the 2 that I described in the last request are available.
