Stole 500 SVB due to a bug.

The game has so many bugs i don’t even know where to start, but this one bug through me over the edge. While i was claiming a FREE shirt in the skate pass the game bugged and spent 500 of my SVB on a t shirt i did not want at all from the shop, thats $5 worth of SVB that the game took from me due to a bug in the game, why have purchasable currency if i cant spend it how i please? i contacted EA support and their hands are tied, all they repeated to me was that the purchase is final, it’s crazy enough that i have to wait weeks on end to find something good in the shop only for the game to bug and purchase a shirt that i don’t even find aesthetically pleasing. if they can’t reimburse me $5 for a in game buy that is completely not my fault, i will not spend another cent on this game ever again because the thought of this happening again will always linger on my mind, this game needs a lot of work.
