The game keeps crashing

whenever I load into the tutorial (keep in mind I haven’t made it past the tutorial yet) after waiting around 5 minutes each time, I am able to make through most of the challenges “sometimes”, but whenever I go to get my board and go down the first mega ramp my game always crashes, I have reinstalled the game twice, restarted my game, restarted my Xbox, etc… still can’t seem to find a solution, been trying for two days. Would like to play, been a skate fan my whole life, but the game doesn’t allow me to even get past the tutorial. 

i believe i figured it out. i had to go to settings and turn off crossplay and it let me complete tutorial

I saw someone recommend turning off crossplay. For whatever reason, this worked for me.

For whatever reason, turning off crossplay solves this issue. Good old EA, 10/10 game.

THANK YOU CORN FLAKE. change the name of the skate folder named "data" to "Skate.Old" and start the game. the game will make a new folder and it will work again

ive been having the exact same issue on my ps5, ive tried rebuilding data base downloading the ps4 version and nothing

Same exact issue and ive done everything

i got up to the mission where slappy takes you through gulcrest village, go through 5 blocks, score 50k plus points etc. (the second of this mission type i believe) i finished about half of it then had to go. now everytime i load in it plays the cut scene of slappy talking and the second it ends my game crashes. on windows 11/steam. ive updated my drivers, verified game files, ran as administrator, launched with dx11 and windowed mode (although i dont believe the commands had an effect), deleted and redownloaded and nothing will let me play this game. pls help me
