I've been having the exact same problem after I switched from a GTX 1660 to a RX 7600 OC
Im running on the latest drivers so this might be a driver problem(26.1.1)
Pressing Alt+Enter resets the UI and fixes the problem temporarily, other than that we just have to wait for a fix from either AMD or EA.
