Vee softlocks me in her congratulations screen 3/5 times

I'm having this issue where the prompt to skip Vee's dialog comes up after a challenge, but it stays overlayed across the rest of the replay. After the challenge releases control back to me, I'm stuck in that screen with nothing to skip.. I have to ALT+F4.

This is happening on PC and PS5

Additionally, whenever I launch the game, it changes my resolution to garbage before I manually reset it in the menu. I can't seem to effectively save and apply my settings or reset them to default, as those button prompts don't work in the menu.
