I hear you on most of the first bubble and the game is in a great spot for hearing out most people since it isn't even fully released as of now but the game is basically out in terms of people who play games. It's not the golden days of gaming anymore where people play alphas and betas and really get a inside scoop of what the game was going to be or where the sequels could go.
Backing it up to V though, most of that would seem experimental and the hunch is that it's still implemented into the accessibility page but most people or the audience they are reaching for is people who listen to their own music or the radio in game.
Skate has always experimented with collaboration between how Slappy had multiple lines and then they went for more the skate park route which is why most likely V will still be their but community parks and the collaborations they had with Zex or anyone else in the community will most limited time events as people are always trying to bring people back to the metrics.
