721 error refund or fix

i got my money stolen by EA years ago while trying to play this.

seeing all the hype i spend good money to play the game again.

i dont even get to try to play a single match and the exact same issue from a lot of peoples lifetimes ago is still occuring not allowing me to connect at all.

 anyone know how to fix this?
