Account Disabled, I need help

Hello all, I was trying to login to EA on my PS5 to play Battlefront 2 but it said that I needed to reset password. I tried that but instead was greeted by a screen saying my account was linked to an email that says something about it being disabled. Any help is appreciated. I have submitted a case and I'm in queue for a live chat as well.
